APPEALS--JURISDICTION--CONFLICT REVIEW. A district court's misapplication of precedent was insufficient to invoke the Supreme Court's conflict jurisdiction. While the Court had previously found that a district court's decision to rely on an inapplicable case or apply precedent to different facts provided a sufficient basis for review, it now holds that misapplication alone is not sufficient to trigger conflict jurisdiction under article V, section 3(b)(3) of the Florida Constitution.

RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE--FORMS--AMENDMENT. The Court adopted proposed amendments to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.061 (Choice of Forum) and form 1.983 (Prospective Juror Questionnaire) which delete the appellate standards of review from rule 1.061 and correct a statutory citation in form 1.983. A proposal to replace the word "equipoise" in rule 1.061(a)(3) with the word "equal" was not adopted.
