BONNIE MORRISON, Appellant, v. INLET MANAGEMENT CO., INC., et al., Appellees. 5th District. Appeals -- Appeal from decision of circuit court sitting in appellate capacity treated as petition for writ of certiorari -- Petition denied

BONNIE MORRISON, Appellant, v. INLET MANAGEMENT CO., INC., et al., Appellees. 5th District. Case No. 97-362. Opinion filed September 19, 1997. Petition for Certiorari Review of Decision from the Circuit Court for Volusia County Acting in its Appellate Capacity. Counsel: Mikel W. Carpenter, of Mikel W. Carpenter, P.A., for Appellant. No Appearance for Appellees.

(GRIFFIN, C.J.) The appellant has attempted to file an appeal of the decision of the circuit court, sitting in its appellate capacity. This court lacks jurisdiction by appeal of such an order, but we will treat this appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. We find no merit in the petition and it is denied.

WRIT DENIED. (DAUKSCH and SHARP, W., JJ., concur.)
